Method
Garnish with coriander and a dash of extra virgin olive oil!
- 1 Avocado
- 1/4 Red onion
- 1 Salad tomato (or beef tomato)
- 1/2 Red chilli
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 Lime (Juiced)
Method
- Smash the avocado into a large bowl.
- Finely chop the red onion, chilli and tomato.
- Combine the ingredients and add lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with coriander and a dash of extra virgin olive oil!
