- 3 Eggs
- Dash of Milk
- Smoked Salmon
- Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Salted Butter
- 1 Spring Onion
Method
- In a small bowl crack and beat the eggs with a dash of milk and a sprinkle of black pepper.
- In a small frying pan, place on a medium to low heat and add the butter.
- Once melted, add the egg mixture. After 1 minute, add thin slices of smoked salmon.
- Don't try to flip the omelette, leave to cook for a few minutes until you can see the bottom is turning golden and the egg has cooked.
- Remove the omelette from the pan and fold over. Roughly chop the spring onion and sprinkle over.
- Serve with buttered toast and a cuppa!
