Top Tip - I prefer to butterfly the prawns, score down the back of the fish - as it cooks the prawn will open.
- 150ml Olive Oil
- 6 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 400g Raw Prawns
Method
- Peel and finely slice the garlic cloves. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the garlic, dried chilli and smoked paprika.
- Once the garlic has started to colour, pop in the prawns, season with a sprinkle of salt and cook until the prawns are pink.
- Serve piping hot with crusty warm ciabatta.
