Method
- 4 Tbsp Tahini
- 60ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 60ml Lemon Juice
- 1 Tin of Chickpeas (drained)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Ground Coriander
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Method
- Add all ingredients above into a blender and blitz until smooth (approx 2 minutes). Use extra oil to loosen if the hummus becomes too thick.
