Satay Sauce
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and whizz! If a little thick, add water to loosen until ideal consistency.
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric
- 1 or 2 fresh Chilli's - to taste
- Thumb-size piece of ginger
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Bunch of Coriander
- 5/6 Tbsp Peanut Butter (crunchy or smooth)
- 3 Tbsp Soya Sauce
- 3 Limes - grate rind of 1 / juice of all 3
