Method
Garnish with coriander and a dash of extra virgin olive oil!
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1/4 Red onion
- 4 Salad tomatoes (or beef tomato)
- 1 tsp White wine vinegar
- Bunch of coriander
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Lime (Juiced)
- 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Finely chop the red onion, coriander and tomato and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Crush the garlic and add along with the lime juice, white wine vinegar and olive oil to the bowl.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with coriander and a dash of extra virgin olive oil!
