Ingredients
5 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Natural Yogurt
2 Finely Chopped Anchovies
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Minced Garlic Clove
1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
8 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
Method
Anchovies can be substituted for vegetarian fish sauce, smoked dulse or nori strips.

- Grab a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients above and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If you're feeling adventurous, make your own mayo!
