You can use different milks (soya / almond) and flavoured yogurts to create different combos! Toppings can also be mixed into the oats.
- Oats

- Natural or Greek yogurt
- Flaked almonds
- Oat milk
- Honey
Method
- I haven't given exact quantities as it depends how you like it, but ideally I look for a fairly sloppy consistency, the mixture soaks up the milk and yogurt overnight to create a creamy consistency. I normally opt for 1 part oats, 1 part milk and yogurt and 1/8 nuts or seeds.
- Grab a large mixing bowl and mix the oats, milk, yogurt, nuts or seeds together. I add about 2 Tbsp of honey at this stage to sweeten things up!
- Portion into jars, add your topping - peaches and almonds, then place in the fridge overnight.
