- 1/2 Red Cabbage
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Apples
- 3 Tbsp Natural Yogurt
- 8 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Method
- Shred the cabbage as thinly as possible, grate the carrot and apple. Add to a large mixing bowl.
- Add lemon juice, natural yogurt and mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and fold through.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and serve!
