Ingredients
Pre-rolled puff pastry
Rosemary (finely chopped)
Thyme (
finely
chopped)
1 Egg yolk (beaten)
Salt & pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
Grated parmesan cheese
Method
Remove pastry from the fridge 15 minutes before and pre-heat the oven to 200 (fan).
Roll out the pastry and brush with beaten egg yolk.
Scatter chopped herbs, salt, pepper, grated parmesan and garlic powder over the pastry.
Add a layer of cling over the pastry and press to secure the ingredients.
Remove the cling, cut the pastry into strips, twist and place on an oven proof tray.
Give them another blush of egg yolk then c
ook for 10 mins or until golden!
So tasty as a snack or with soup on a cold winters day!
