- 150g Frozen Peas
- 1/2 White Onion
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2cm Piece of Ginger
- 3 Tbsp Salted Butter
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- A dash of double cream
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180 deg c
- Finley chop the onion, mince the garlic and grate the ginger
- Grab a baking tray and add the peas forming a thin layer. Add the onions, garlic, ginger, pepper and mix well.
- Pop in the oven for 10 minutes, remove and add the butter and dash of double cream. Return to the oven for a further 5-8 minutes.
